HoYeon

South Korean model-turned-actor Hoyeon received international recognition and critical acclaim in the wake of the huge popularity of the Netflix original series Squid Game, in which she played Kan Sae-byeok, also known as Player 067. Hoyeon earned the Screen Actors Guild Award in Outstanding Performance by Female Actors on Drama Series. Hoyeon also received an Primetime Emmy Award nomination in Outstanding Supporting Actress In Drama Series. Hoyeon hails from Myeonmok-dong in Seoul. Hoyeon began her modeling career in 2011 a freelancer model, walking at Seoul Fashion Week. She was part of the 4th season of Korea's Next Top Model and placed in the top tier. The year 2016 was the year she received her big international break after she signed an exclusive worldwide contract for Louis Vuitton. The model has been featured in a variety of campaign since then and has also walked on the runways for numerous designers, such as Fendi as well as Marc Jacobs.
